Gregory Peck
I know, I know Gregory Peck was probably already submitted, but I saw that it was mostly for him as Atticus Finch. No, no, no. I mean, Atticus is an iconic character, but can we PLEASE get into how amazing of a person Gregory Peck was?
For being such a gruff man of the late 50s/early 60s he was quite liberal. He believed in women’s rights and equalities. He was pro-choice and believed that a woman’s body was her own. Richard Nixon put Gregory Peck on an ‘enemies’ list for his liberal activism.
He even had his own movie romance — while filming Roman Holiday, Peck was depressed over his impending divorce from his wife. During the shoot, he met a French reporter and fell in love. They married immediately after Peck’s divorce was finalized and remained married til his death.
He marched with Martin Luther King, campaigned for women’s rights, supported gay marriage/was a supporter of GLAAD, active supporter of raising funds for AIDS researching, often attended political rallies, and he remained close friends with Mary Badham, the girl who played “Scout” in To Kill A Mockingbird.
There’s nothing dreamier than a “man’s man” who’s very open to the world around him.
This is my third tattoo and I am more than happy with it! Its from the My Chemical Romance “Danger Days” album cover.

Dedicated to two boys who’ve been through hell, heaven, and purgatory and their constant independent woman who don’t need no man since ‘67. I wouldn’t be who i am without them.
OH MY GOD

Oscar Wilde (1854-1900) Irish-born writer of many great works of literature in English such as, The Picture of Dorian Gray, and so on. After writing the previously mentioned book, he was said to have distanced himself from his family and take on a sexual double life hooking up with a man, Lord Alfred Douglas, but was accused for it and was sent to hard labor a few years before he died.
